Greg's career with Microsoft began roughly fourteen years ago. In December 2006, he was approached to develop what is often referred to as the "Global Support Team". This was the pre-cursor to Concierge and TPAS Agents that Microsoft would introduce several years later. The sole intent of his role was not only to oversee the top enterprise alliance partner’s participation, but to simplify the respective administrator's responsibility managing all phases of their enrollment.
His knowledge of the program is unprecedented as he was often asked to resolve top-level escalations from management, the field and other co-workers. For well over a decade, he was solely responsible for the health and stabilization of 150+ enterprise alliance partners. His dedication to the partners and passion allowed many to elevate their branding well beyond their desired end-results.
